New Client wizard; Identification Type documents are not copied to the correct Document Manager folder

Documents linked to Identification Items added via the New Client wizard were not copied to the Client's Document Manager folder.

Instead, they were copied to the "(Bulk)" folder (or, in versions prior to 2.03.02, not copied at all) and therefore incorrectly linked to the Identification Item record.

Files are now copied after the Client has been saved and therefore has a Document Manager folder name is available.

The Client Identification Item Summary page also previews the Image before it has been copied to the Document Manager folder. This is achieved by a change to the {{DocumentManagerImage}} HTML template that means the template can be used to preview files outside of the Document Manager file structure.
