Client Identification items; validation error messages now do not use the term "characters" or "digits"

Validation error messages for Client Identification items no longer use the term "characters" or "digits".

For example, the Australian Driver's Licence validation error message has been changed from "Driver's licence numbers should consist of 7 to 10 uppercase characters, depending on the State, E.g. 'AB123456'." to "Driver's licence numbers should consist of 7 to 10 numbers or uppercase letters (depending on the State), E.g. 'AB123456'.".
