Workflows; Version 2; Setting the Outcome of a 'Question' or 'Item Group' was not attaching the specified Document
When setting the Outcome of a 'Question' or 'Item Group' for a Version 2 Workflow, the Document File Name entered on the Action Workflow Item wizard was being ignored and no Log was being created.
