Account Reports; new Range and Group By "Client Group" and "Client Type"

Two new Ranges and Group Bys have been added to Account Reports "Client Group" and "Client Type".

The main Client from the Account is used to determine the Client Group and Type.

Note, this also applies to Loan and Deposit Reports.
