Decision Cards; Rule Condition Builder; Now uses proper business layer help

Previously, the business layer help displayed on the Decision Cards, Rule Condition Builder wizard simply interrogated the XML files supplied with finPOWER Connect and built a basic summary of the selected business layer item or property.

Since version 2.03.00 of finPOWER Connect, the business layer help is installed with finPOWER Connect. Therefore, the business layer help displayed on the Rule Condition Builder now uses this help.

The minimum form size has been increased to accommodate the increased font size of the help and a button to show the business layer help in a separate window has been added.
