Decision Cards; Rule Condition Builder; Parameter spinners not working correctly

When using the Decision Card Rule Condition Builder, parameter spinners may not work correctly.

This occurs when two parameters of the same name are encountered, e.g.:
Account.Clients.Item(index).Client.ContactMethods.Item(index)

Changing the spinner for one 'index' parameter would affect the other and cause them to be reset.
