Banking Detail; added Business Layer helper functions for Reference

In New Zealand the Banking Reference is made up of three sub-components, Particulars, Code and Reference.

Additional functions have been added to the finBankingDetails object to make it easier to get and set sub-components.

The following methods combine and split the Reference components.

In addition two new functions have been added to return the Reference Resolved from Account information:

The following Summary Page standard blocks have been updated:

"Account_BankingDetailsSummary" has been updated to version 1.05 on 28/07/2015.
"BankingDetails_Summary" has been updated to version 1.04 on 28/07/2015.
