Account Restucture wizard; Printing Advice prints the Account Type's Payment Arrangement Document and not the Restructure Advice

Opting to "Print Advice" on the first page of the Account Restucture wizard will generate a Payment Arrangement Document (as defined on the Account Type) and not the Restructure Advice.
