Account Applications; Details page; Employee fields; Clicking dropdown gives warning that DBComboBox not attached to Data Source

Clicking the dropdown on the Employee field (either Dealer or Broker) on the Details page of a new Account Application displayed the warning "This DBComboBox has not been attached to a Data Source.".

Also, under certain circumstances, the BDM Commissions field would show and, since this is not implemented for Account Applications (and therefore should not have been visible) would also produce the same warning.
