Account Applications; Edit Financial form; Account Type fields have a large gap above

When editing financial details of an Account Application via the button on the Quotes page of the Account Applications form (or via a Page Set), the "Account Details" page of the "Edit Financial" wizard (if shown) had a large gap above them.
