Account Applications; Accept/ Decline wizard crashes if selected Quote does not have an Account Type set

The Account Application Accept/ Decline wizard crashed with a "Key does not exist in collection" exception if the selected Quote did not have an Account Type set.

Previewing the Account and viewing the Clients page would also crash with the same error in this situation.

Also, editing Financial details via the Edit Financial wizard (from the Quotes page) displayed a warning that no Account Type was defined and that the Account Type defined on the Account Application Type would be used. However, upon dismissing this warning, the Edit Financial wizard was never displayed.
