Loan Statement; added optional Minimum Payment Warning

An optional Minimum Payment Warning has been added to the Loan Statement for Revolving Credit Loans - this assist in complying with the recent amendments to the NZ CCCFA.

To enable you must add the constant "ShowMinimumPaymentWarning" and set to True. You can modify the standard text by amending the constant "MinimumPaymentWarning".

The default text for the warning is "If you only make the Minimum Payment, you will pay more Interest and take longer to pay off the Balance.".

The Word VBA Document "Loan_Statement.dot" has been updated to version 2.01.
