Global Settings form; Securities section; PPSR G2B page; Resizing splitter may truncate controls

Resizing the vertical splitter on the Global Settings form may cause controls on the Securities, PPSR G2B page to resize incorrectly and a horizontal scrollbar to appear that may make the captions of some controls appear truncated.
