Account Application Types; Additional warnings given if Account Role and Client defaults not defined

The Account Application Types form will display a warning (Exclamation Mark) icon in the top-right corner to indicate that the record may not be configured correctly. Clicking this icon displays a list of warnings.

The following warnings have been added:

• Default Account Role not defined
• Default Client Type not defined
• Default Client Group not defined

NOTE: These are only 'Medium' level warnings since it is quite likely that these values may be specified by a Script of Page Set and so leaving them undefined on the Account Application Type is perfectly legitimate.
