Accounts, Transactions, Edit Transaction Reference & Notes; relaxed restrictions on which Transaction can be amended

The restrictions on which Transactions can have their Reference & Notes amended has been relaxed.

This now allows Transactions created from Standard Transactions to be amended.

In addition, now that finPOWER Connect holds a database link between Transactions that have been transferred, Payment Transfers and Account Transfers can now be amended.
