Workflows; Version 2; General Updates not performed for 'Success' Outcomes if Workflow was Closed

General updates such as setting the Workflow's flag colour or setting an Account's Monitor Category are performed upon a Workflow Item such as a 'Question' type Item being set to an Outcome flagged as 'Success'.

If however the Outcome action closed the Workflow, these updates were not being performed.
