Credit Enquiries; better handling of Gender where Client's gender is not Male or Female

The Credit Enquiry wizard has improved handling of Gender where a Client's gender is not Male or Female.

Note, all current Credit Bureaus only allow Male, Female or Unknown.

If the Gender is not Male or Female the Credit Enquiry is defaulted as "Unknown". A warning is shown to the right of the field if the Client's Gender does not match that shown in the field.
