Scripts; Attempting to show the Snippets form displays an error if the User has a custom Templates folder

The User Preferences or Global Settings define a Templates folder, launching the Snippets form from within a Script Editor failed with a folder or sub-folder not found error.

Script Snippets are installed with finPOWER Connect and should therefore always be retrieved from the Templates sub-folder of the Application Installation folder, not the Templates folder defined under User Preferences or Global Settings.
