Auditing; "MotorWeb" option renamed "Security Enquiry"
Under Global Settings, Auditing group, Chargeable Activities and Non-Chargeable Activities, the "MotorWeb" option has been renamed "Security Enquiry".
This mirrors changes made to licensing options.
