Global Settings, Securities; Added new settings page for Centrix NZ Wheels service

In Global Settings, Securities group, a new settings page for Centrix NZ Wheels service has been added.

The new page has options specify the Script and setting the default Reason for Access, there is also an Import button available to import the Reasons for Access list from Centrix NZ.

Note, there are no options to specify the user credentials and connection settings, there are available on the Centrix NZ Credit Bureau Service.
