Publish Documents Wizard; last updated date incorrectly set

If a Document's status is updated in the Publish Documents Wizard and then Saved, the "Last Updated Date/Time" is incorrectly set. It does not adjust for universal time.

To recreate :

1. Open the Publish Documents wizard.
2. Select a Document and change to "Not Issued".
3. Click the Save button.
4. Review the Log's Audit page - the "Updated" date/ time is incorrect.
