Publish Documents wizard; Now handles 'Cancelling' of Logs with more intuitive warning messages

Cancelling Logs from the Publish Documents wizard deletes Logs from the database.

Previously, only Account Statement and Account Remittance Logs could not be cancelled however, there are other reasons that Logs cannot be cancelled, e.g., if the Log has child Logs (i.e., it is part of a thread).

The warning message displayed when one or more selected Rows cannot be cancelled has been updated to reflect this.

Previously, if you tried to cancel a Log that had child Logs, the cancel would (correctly) fail, but the User would be presented with a database referential integrity type error message.
