Account Code Sequencing; Global "General" sequence not working for Loan and Deposit Accounts

Account code sequencing was not correctly using the global "General" sequence for Loan and Deposit Accounts.

If the Loan and/ or Deposit "Next Code" is not defined under Global Settings it never tries to fall back to using the "General" next code.
