Summary Page 2; High DPI and other changes to stylesheet

Embedded versions of the following icons (16 x 16) were available in the summarypage_2.css file however, these were only applied when the Summary Page was generated to include 'embedded' details (typically from Web Services):

• Info
• Warning
• Error
• Help
• Alert
• Block collapse/ expand icons

The reason the HTML templates (e.g., Warning) only used these embedded icons when asked to do so was that they were only embedded at 16 x 16 pixels and would therefore look blurry on high DPI displays. Instead, images in the /templates/images folder were used and each of these has an '@2' version which contains a 32 x 32 image for high DPI displays.

The following changes have been made:

1. All references to the /templates/images folder have been removed (although the images within this folder have been retained just in case any summary pages were using them directly).
2. The embedded versions of the icons listed at the top of this article are now always used.
3. A high DPI (32 x 32) version of these icons is now embedded in the CSS file and these are used on high DPI displays.

The following images have been added to cater for collapsing table groups in Summary Pages, e.g., in the Workflow Summary Page Version 2, Items block:
