Account Close wizard; fails to open if the Account was opened in the future

The Account Close wizard fails to open if the Account's date opened is a future date.

The wizard displays an error "Failed to load Account for Close. Cannot calculate Account Close. Close Date cannot be prior to the date the Account was Opened." and then immediately closes.
