Credit Enquiries; change Show Request/ Response to Open Service Log

When showing the Summary Page for Credit Enquiries, Bank Account Enquiries and Security Enquiries, rather than showing buttons, below the page, to open the Request and Response XML, there is now a button to open the related Service Log.

This provides more information about the Request and Response.

Note, you must be allowed the Permission Key "WebServices.ViewRequest" to see these buttons.
