Log Outcome Information List changes

Log Outcomes (e.g., for a Client Log) are defined by an Information List (e.g., ClientLogOutcomes).

The Information List allows the pipe character to be used in the Information List Items. If a pipe is present then the text before the pipe represents the Log Subject. This allows different Outcomes to be configured for different Log Subjects.

Since the Log Subject can be 50 characters long and the Log Outcome can also be 50 characters this gives a total of 101 characters for an Information List Item (including the pipe character). However, the Log Outcome Information Lists were limiting the value to 50 characters.

The following Information Lists have been updated to allow a maximum of 101 characters:

• AccountLogOutcomes
• ClientLogOutcomes
• SecItemLogOutcomes
• SecStmtLogOutcomes
• UserLogOutcomes

Also, Bank Account Enquires (and possibly, at some point in the future, Credit Enquiries) can automatically update the Log Outcome. In the case of Bank Account Enquiries, the Log Outcome may be set to 'Deleted' or 'Completed'. If the Log Outcome Information List is configured to 'Limit To List', this may cause problems hence, where the Log Source is detected to have come from a Bank Account Enquiry (or a Credit Enquiry), 'Deleted' and 'Completed' items will automatically be included in the Outcome dropdown list on all Log Forms.
