Account Applications; Applicants page; Client button moved to separate column before Client Id

Other grids such as the Accounts form, Clients page display the Client drilldown button before the Client Id and it is a separate column that can be hidden.

The Account Applications form, Applicants page has been updated to match the Accounts form.
