Centrix NZ Credit Bureau; remove unused Global Options, including Reference

Removed unused Global Settings from the Centrix NZ Credit Bureau service.

This includes the "Check Credit Enquiry request options by default?" option. This now always defaults Credit Enquiry Report, Court Fines and Name Only Insolvencies.

The "Reference" field has been removed from Global Options and the Credit Enquiry wizard. This is now set internally by finPOWER Connect to a unique value. This Reference is used to audit/ track each request, so it should always be able to uniquely identify the request.

Note, the Reference is written to the database in the ISAuditLog table as "Reference1" (Billing Reference), and in the "ISServiceLog" table as "RequestReference".
