Pending Service Requests; implement "NextCheckUtcDate" for "In Progress" service logs
Pending Service requests now incorporate a next Date and Time to re-check the Request is complete. This allows more efficient processing of pending Service Requests.
The Pending Service Requests wizard has been updated to include an option to "Only include items due to be checked?". Added "Next Check" Date/Time column to the Pending Service Requests grid.
The formula to calculate the next check date is:
Bank Account Enquiries
First after 5 minutes, then every 2 minutes for the first 15 minutes, then 15 minutes for the next hour, then hourly for the rest of the first 24 hours, then daily.
Credit Bureau Enquiries
Every 2 minutes for the first hour, then hourly for first 24 hours, then daily.
