Workflows; Workflow Actions wizard; Outcome can now be specified for Incoming and Outgoing Communication type actions

The following pages of the Workflow Actions wizard now allow a Log Outcome to be specified:

• Log
• Incoming Communication
• Outgoing Communication

A new Information List has also been added:

• AccountAppLogOutcomes (Account Application Log Outcomes)
