Centrix NZ Credit Bureau; added "Name Only Insolvencies" to Consumer Product Credit Enquiry

Added an option to include "Name Only Insolvencies" to Centrix Consumer Product Credit Enquiries.

Name Only Insolvencies match the Name and Year of Birth of the subject in the Insolvency Register. This provides potential information that would not otherwise be found - but may not relate to the subject of the enquiry.

The following built-in Summary Pages have been updated:
