Entities; add Dispute Resolution Scheme for Loan Contracts

A new Dispute Resolution Scheme Client has been added to Entities to better handle the Dispute Resolution section on Loan Contracts.

This is located on the General page of the Entities form. It allows you to define a Client, and from that Client details such as the Name, Phone Number, Website and Address can be used in various places.

Note, this has meant the Entity form has been rearranged, in particular the Account Open and Transaction Date Begin/ End dates are now located on the Accounts page.

This has been added to the following VBA Documents:

"Loan_Contract_NZCCCFA.dot" has been updated to version 1.35 on 26/05/2015 .
"Loan_Contract_NZCCCFA_RC.dot" has been updated to version 1.16 on 26/05/2015 .

Both of these documents still utilise the constants for Dispute Resolution, but if the Entity defines a Dispute Resolution Client this overrides the constants.
