Entities; added Licence Name to compliment Licence Number

A new Licence Name field has been added to Entities to compliment the Licence Number.

In New Zealand this is the "Financial Service Provider Register" Number and Name.

To make this easier to access in Scripts, including Word VBA, the finBranchRO object now includes LicenceNameResolved and LicenceNumberResolved. LicenceNameResolved is either the Entity's Licence Name, or if not defined, the Branch Client's Legal Name (resolved)

This has been added to the following VBA Documents:

"Loan_Contract_NZCCCFA.dot" has been updated to version 1.34 on 26/05/2015 .
"Loan_Contract_NZCCCFA_RC.dot" has been updated to version 1.15 on 26/05/2015 .
