Service Log form; new information displayed

The Service Log Details drilldown form has been updated as follows:

1. Now shows Product Class and Product Id instead of Request Type.

2. Optionally has a button to show Request URL if used by the request.

3. Response details section (renamed) now includes the "Response Reference" if used by the request. This is used in SMS and Bank Account Enquiries.

4. "Source" field "form open" button now supports more types of Sources.

5. "Child Logs" page renamed "Related Logs" and only shown if they are multiple related Service Logs. Related Logs include the Parent and all its Child logs, the current log is highlighted with an arrow in the drilldown column. Additional columns are now available.
