NZ CCCFA Repossession Documents; updated for June 2015 amendments

NZ CCCFA Repossession Documents have been updated for June 2015 amendments

The following changes have been made:

"Loan_Overdue_PrePossessionNotice.dot" document removed.

"Loan_Overdue_RepossessionWarningNotice.dot" document added, version 1.00, dated 21/05/2015.

The new document includes new sections for Hardship Rights, Dispute Resolution Scheme and Voluntary Repossession - but a placeholders only. You should insert your own text into these new sections.
