Service Logs; creating a new Credit Enquiry to a Client now links the Service Log back to the Client

When creating a new Credit Enquiry you can optionally specify the Client the Enquiry is for. This is now automatically recorded on the Service Log, i.e. the Service Log now refers back to the Client Log.

Note, the Client Log has always referred back to the Service Log.
