ClickSend SMS service provider; added reply to "Phone Number"

The Australian ClickSend SMS service provider now allows a reply to "Phone Number" to be defined under Global Settings, Messaging, SMS page.

When an SMS is sent from finPOWER Connect and the recipient replies, the reply SMS will be directed to this Phone Number. It is important to note that the only information available is the "from phone number", the "to phone number" and the "message content". Tracking of conversation threads, like an email, is not built into SMS.

The reply to "Phone Number" can be any valid Australian Phone Number. Generally this would be the Phone Number supplied by Intersoft, but you can use your own Phone Number that can accept SMS messages. Using the Phone Number supplied by Intersoft has the advantage that any replies will be directed back via email to the reply to Email Address used for the last SMS sent to the recipient.

Intersoft will provide users of the ClickSend service with their User Name, Key and Phone Number. These are all unqiue to the Finance Company and should be treated as confidential data.

Note, the new "Phone Number" field is mandatory.
