NZ CCCFA Loan Contracts; updated for June 2015 amendments

The New Zealand CCCFA Loan Contracts have been updated for June 2015 amendments.

Updates include the following:

1. Creditor Name now includes both the Legal and Trading Names from the Branch's Client.

2. Amended Right to Cancel section. New wording and order of clauses. In particular the number of working days has been increased from 3 to 5, 5 to 7 (for email) and 7 to 9 (for mail).

3. Added hardship section.

4. Added Dispute Resolution Scheme section. Note, this is controlled by new constants in the Document. If blank this section is omitted.

5. Added Financial Service Provider Register section. Note, the FSP Number is defined on the Entity. If blank this section is omitted.

The following Word VBA Document templates have been updated:

"Loan_Contract_NZCCCFA.dot" has been updated to version 1.33 on 13/5/2015.
"Loan_Contract_NZCCCFA_RC.dot" has been updated to version 1.14 on 13/5/2015.
