NZ CCCFA Loan Contracts; added option to print logo from Branch

The NZ CCCFA Loan Contracts have been updated to include an option to print the logo from the Account's Branch (or Entity). The Logo image file is defined on the Branch, or if not defined there on the Entity.

The Document includes a new Constant "ShowBranchLogoAtTop". If True the Logo will be loaded from the Branch or Entity (if Branch logo is not defined). If the Logo is not defined the "ShowBranchAddressAtTop" setting then takes effect.

Note, the Logo is positioned and sized to print in the cell where the Branch Name and Address would normally print. The ratio of the image file is maintained, and the best ratio of width:height is 330:85.
