General Ledger Export; may fail with an unhandled exception

The General Ledger Export may fail with the error "An unhandled exception has occurred. Key does not exist in collection.".

This may occur because GL Accounts use Alternate Codes, and this isn't handled correctly.

Note, as a workaround add additional GL Accounts for all Alternate Codes used.
