Payment Arrangements; Log date now set as current date and time, Payment Arrangement Advice overhauled

The Log date for a Payment Arrangement has been changed to be the current date and time the Arrangement was created. Previously it was the date (only) of the Arrangement.

The Payment Arrangement Advice has been updated to use the correct Payment Arrangement details. This includes printing information at the top of the advice with regards the Arrangement.

Note, if reprinted at a later date, the schedule shows the current Schedule, not as at the original Arrangement. This has been made clearer.

The following VBA Document template has been updated:

"Account_PaymentArrangement.dot" has been updated to version 1.07 on 5/05/2015.
