Workflows; New 'Compact Item view' option on Workflow Type for Summary Pages

A new option on the Workflow Types form, Summary Pages page allows a 'Compact Item view' which compacts the Workflow Items table which is useful for saving vertical space, particularly where the Workflow Items do not have to be actioned in order.
