Import Information; Importing Clients now gives more feedback if Client was not imported

When importing a Client from the Import Information wizard (or using the finInformationImport business layer object), if a Client was not imported, e.g., because the record already existed in the database or the supplied name did not match, the progress window reported this but the collection of items used report what was or was not imported was not updated.

Since the finInformationImport object is also used in the Client/XmlImportClient Web Service, this meant that the Web Service was not returning the correct information.
