Workflows; Version 2; Summary Page updated to display Log notes and an icon to identify that a Workflow Item has attached Logs

The Version 2 Workflow Summary Page has been updated to display the first 100 characters of the Log notes and to add an overlay icon to a Workflow Item to identify that it has attached Logs.

A tooltip when hovering over the Workflow Item's status icon will also indicate the number of Logs attached to the Workflow Item.
