Summary Page (Version 2); Hyperlinks defined in WikiText now open in their own browser window

Previously, any WikiText hyperlink used in a Summary Page (Version 2), e.g., [[http://www.intersoft.co.nz|Intersoft]] would generate a hyperlink that would cause the current page to navigate to the hyperlink target.

Now, if the target begins 'HTTP:' or 'HTTPS:', a hyperlink is generated that opens a new browser window.
