Task Manager; Monitored Account Summary Script cannot be a 'Summary Page (Version 2)' Script

Attempting to create a Task Manager, Monitored Account Summary Script that was a 'Summary Page (Version 2)' type Script resulted in the following error when displaying the page.

Invalid Script Type, expecting script type 'Summary Page'.

'Summary Page (Version 2)' type Scripts are now supported for Task Manager, Monitored Accounts.

NOTE: The built-in Script is a 'Summary Page' type Script and has not been upgraded to a 'Summary Page (Version 2)' type Script since it simply on-calls the Account Key Details Script.

Global Settings has also been updated so this Script can be defined centrally from the Tasks & Workflows, Scripts page. Previously, it was only available under the User Preferences form.
