Payment Arrangements; amended error message for Revolving Credit Loans

When commiting a Payment Arrangement for a Revolving Credit Loan the following message may be displayed "Overriding regular payments cannot be entered if not using an alternate Payment Schedule.".

This message has been reworded to "Overriding Regular payments cannot be entered unless the Account uses the Alternate Payment Schedule.".

The message appears if the user enters overriding "Regular" payments on the "Overridding Payments" tab, and the Revolving Credit Loan does not use the Alternate Payment Schedule.
