Account Types; Rules can now be configured to publish Document immediately where supported

Account Type Rules now have a checkbox underneath the Document field to 'Publish immediately where possible?'.

This means that when (and however) the Rule is actioned, an attempt will be made to Publish the Document immediately.

Typically this new checkbox should only be checked if the Document supports 'Unattended Publishing', i.e., publishing of the Document without requiring User-intervention or software such Microsoft Word or Excel.

Documents that support unattended publishing are:

• Email
• HTML
• Script
• SMS Message

The Rule description displayed in the grid (and also on the Account Type Details report) has been updated to indicate that a Document will 'Publish Immediately' as has the HTML Summary displayed below the Rules grid on the Account Types form, Rules page.

WARNING: Word VBA and Excel VBA type Documents do not support 'Unattended Publishing' so do not publish immediately if you do not wish Word or Excel VBA Documents to be generated from bulk processes such as the Account Processes wizard.
