Account Applications; AcceptDeclineAcceptStatusSet event not updating some values as expected

The AcceptDeclineAcceptStatusSet Account Application Type event was not updating certain values as expected, e.g., updating the CloseNote property was not being reflected on the Accept or Decline Account Application wizard.
